We produce medicines in hopes of improving patients’ lives, and significant responsibilities accompany that purpose. Foremost among our responsibilities is the obligation to conduct our business with exceptional integrity. Osmotica is committed to an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. We want individuals to feel comfortable reporting perceived or actual violations of policies, industry standards or applicable laws.

Report a Concern

Part of our commitment to integrity and ethical business practices at Osmotica includes our obligation to act in accordance with our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, our other policies, and the law. Anyone with questions, concerns or reports about any type of known or suspected illegal or unethical conduct or violations of our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, our other policies or the law should promptly raise those questions or concerns and make a report. Please speak up when you feel that something is not right, so that we can address the problem as soon as possible.

There are several methods of reporting concerns. Please choose whichever you feel the most comfortable using.

Anonymous Reporting Options:

In situations where you prefer to place an anonymous report in confidence, you are encouraged to use this web portal or the Osmotica Compliance and Ethics Hotline, hosted by a third party hotline provider, EthicsPoint. The information you provide will be sent to us by EthicsPoint on a confidential and anonymous basis. All reports are promptly forwarded to Osmotica’s Compliance Officer and you have our guarantee that your comments will be heard.

Regardless of the option you choose, confidentiality and anonymity will be preserved to the greatest extent possible and as allowable by law.

Additionally, Osmotica employees can always raise any concerns directly with their manager, direct superior, Human Resources or the Legal Department.

No Retaliation

Remember: you may raise questions or concerns without fear of retaliation. Whether or not you report anonymously, Osmotica policy prohibits threats or acts of retaliation against people who, in good faith, provide information regarding potential misconduct.

To Make a Report

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
