Our Commitment

In alignment with our Purpose and Culture, lululemon encourages open communication and discussion about any matter of importance. We foster an environment of mutual trust, collaboration, and open communication between all employees, at all levels. Open-Door Culture means we encourage employees to speak openly with their direct manager, their manager’s manager, another leader within the organization, and/or a representative from People & Culture in instances when it’s believed that violations of policies or standards have occurred. For more information about our internal process and please visit the Raising a Concern.

If you are not comfortable speaking with a Leader or People & Culture partner about a concern you are encouraged to report the issue to the Company’s toll-free ethics and compliance hotline, the Integrity Line or call the hotline. The information you provide will be sent to the Employee Relations Team by EthicsPoint. Any complaint received via the Integrity Line, will be considered, and if necessary, investigated on the basis of the information provided and in accordance with applicable law. The Company is committed to treating serious complaints anonymously and confidentially.
