Our Commitment

UKG is an organization with strong values of responsibility and integrity, including the promotion of a safe, caring, and motivating environment for our employees. Our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics (“Code of Conduct”) establishes guidelines and expectations regarding the use of confidential information, conflict of interest matters, financial integrity, and more.

We are committed to maintaining an environment where candid communications are the expectation, not the exception. We want you to feel comfortable approaching your supervisor or management if you believe violations of laws, the UKG Code of Conduct, policies or standards, or other workplace misconduct have occurred, if you require further information, or you just have questions.

As an additional option you may use this ReportingLINE, a comprehensive and confidential third-party reporting tool owned by NAVEX and hosted and operated by EthicsPoint. Reports may be filed online or by calling. You may submit reports related to violations of any laws, our Code of Conduct, company policies/standards, or other workplace misconduct, or ask for guidance related to policies and procedures. While we prefer that you identify yourself when reporting violations so that we may follow up with you as necessary, you are welcome to submit anonymously where permitted by local law. If you do choose to report anonymously, you will have the opportunity to check on the status of your report by providing a user name/password.

The information you provide will be made available to authorized individuals within UKG, by EthicsPoint, in a secure format. We want to hear from you and commit that any matters submitted via this ReportingLINE will be treated with urgency and the utmost care.

Prior to submitting your report, you will be required to provide consent to having read the Data Protection & Privacy Notice. The Data Protection & Privacy Notice is presented electronically (via the Web Intake Site). If you choose to submit a report orally (via call center representative), you will be directed to the Web Intake Site to review and provide consent to having read the Data Protection and Privacy Notice.

The system is able to capture the following information if disclosed by the “reporter” (i.e., the employee making the report): the reporter’s name and contact details, nature of any questions the reporter may have, the name and title of all individuals the reporter may be reporting about, and a description of the conduct or issue that is the subject of the report, including all relevant details. The collection, use, and retention of all personal information is treated with appropriate protection. NAVEX has certified to UKG that it adheres to adequate privacy standards of notice, choice, onward transfer, security, data integrity, access, and enforcement. The reports collected by NAVEX are made available to UKG via a secure, software-based case management system for the appropriate research and investigative process to take place by the designated UKG representative.

Any and all personal information collected through the ReportingLINE will be either deleted or archived as soon as practicable following completion of the investigation, as permitted by applicable laws.

To Make a Report

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
