If you suspect someone has violated a Clearway policy, the law, or is engaged in activities that may damage Clearway’s reputation, you should raise your concern. Please provide as much detail as possible so your concern can be thoroughly investigated. The following resources are available for questions, in no particular order:
Failure to report, knowingly making a false report or refusing to cooperate in an investigation may be grounds for disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
Clearway prohibits retaliation of any kind against individuals who in good faith raise concerns.

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
If you have forgotten your Report Key or Password, you will need to submit a new report.
