Our Code of Conduct contains general guidelines for conducting business with the highest standards of ethics.

FordDirect is committed to an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. We want you to feel comfortable in approaching your supervisor, Compliance or HR in instances where you believe violations of our Code of Conduct, policies or procedures have occurred.

In situations where you prefer to place an anonymous report in confidence, you are encouraged to use this hotline, hosted by a third-party provider, EthicsPoint (also known as “Compliance Cody Hotline”). The information you provide will be sent to us by EthicsPoint on a totally confidential and anonymous basis to the extent provided by law.

EthicsPoint allows anonymous reporters to communicate with Compliance or HR by assigning each reporter a unique code called “report key” and allowing them to select a password. Only the reporter has access to the report key and password. If you misplace your report key or password, EthicsPoint cannot reset or provide you with a replacement “report key” and password. With this technology, the reporter will be able to communicate with Compliance or HR without identifying themselves.

To Make a Report

You may use either of the following two methods to submit a report:

  • Dial toll-free, within the United States, Guam, Puerto Rico and Canada:

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
