The Compliance Assurance Reporting System (CARS) provides a path to report a concern. If you choose, your CARS report will be sent to us on a totally confidential and anonymous basis. You have our guarantee that you’ll be heard.

To report a concern on CARS, you can either submit a form on this website or call the 24/7 hotline. Either way, you can choose to report anonymously.
If you submit a report, then you’ll be assigned a unique “report key.” Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 3-5 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions. You can return to CARS to submit more information at any time, too.
