The core of our business ethics is “Doing the Right Thing”. We rely on you to help us by Speaking Up whenever any situation threatens our business ethic, our values or our reputation. When you do, you provide us with the information necessary to remedy the situation. Such situations may include:
Ethics and compliance issues, such as financial reporting, anti-bribery, insider trading or antitrust regulations
Employee relations and human resources, such as harassment, discrimination, scheduling/time abuse or disciplinary action
Loss prevention and asset protection, such as threats and violence, alcohol/drug abuse, workers' compensation fraud or internal theft
Environmental health and safety, such as OSHA violations, hazardous waste disposal or product tampering
When it comes to any of these types of issues, silence isn’t an option…anonymity is.

Materion is committed to an environment where open, honest communications are the standard, not the exception. Therefore, you should never hesitate to ask a question or report a concern. We want you to feel comfortable in approaching your supervisor or management in instances where you believe violations of our Code of Conduct, policies or procedures have occurred. However, in situations where you prefer to place an anonymous report in confidence, you are encouraged to use this hotline, hosted by a third-party hotline provider, EthicsPoint. The information you provide will be sent to us by EthicsPoint on a totally confidential and anonymous basis if you should choose. You have our guarantee that your comments will be heard.

Make a Report OnlineAfter you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
