The FRBNY Integrity Hotline

The FRBNY Integrity Hotline accepts the following types of reports:

1. Unethical or illegal behaviors involving the Federal Reserve Bank of New York or its employees.
2. Fraud, waste, or mismanagement at institutions supervised by the Federal Reserve System. Examples may include violations of applicable laws or regulations, questionable accounting, operational controls, and auditing matters.
3. Fraud, waste, abuse, misrepresentations, illegal activity or unethical behavior associated with credit facilities established by the Federal Reserve to support the economy and promote stability of the financial system in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The FRBNY Hotline is administered by a third-party vendor to ensure the anonymity of those who choose to remain anonymous.

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
