Unethical, illegal or irresponsible acts can cause serious loss or harm to our company, employees, members and clients. If you suspect someone may have violated Elixir Code of Conduct, policies, or the law, it is your responsibility to report the incident and preserve our culture of integrity. We respect the confidentiality of those who report potential misconduct or policy violations. Your report is received by a third party vendor, which allows you to remain anonymous if you choose.


Individuals should feel comfortable sharing concerns, without worrying about possible retaliation. Elixir prohibits retaliation or intimidation of any kind, against anyone who reports a concern in good faith, or participates in an investigation. Elixir takes retaliation seriously and will take disciplinary action against anyone who retaliates against another person, up to and including termination.

Elixir is committed to an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. We want you to feel comfortable in approaching your supervisor or management in instances where you believe violations of policies or standards have occurred.

In situations where you prefer to place an anonymous report in confidence, the information you provide will be sent to us by EthicsPoint on a totally confidential and anonymous basis. You have our guarantee that your comments will be heard.

HR matters including but not limited to reports of harassment, discrimination, employee relations issues, wages questions, etc., should be directed to your designated HR Business Partner. If you are unsure of who that is, you may contact our HR Director or SVP, Human Resources.

Dial toll-free, within the United States, Guam, Puerto Rico and Canada:

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
