What you need to know about the Business Integrity Line
Commitment to Anonymity and Confidentiality
All online reports and telephone calls to the Business Integrity Line can be made anonymously unless local law prohibits anonymous reporting. Keep in mind that our ability to investigate an anonymous report may be limited. We may also be required to disclose the information in a report to others inside or outside of Wesco in certain cases, for example, a legal requirement to disclose a report concerning money laundering.
Commitment to Non-Retaliation
You can submit questions or concerns without fear of retaliation or reprisal. Wesco prohibits retaliation against anyone who in good faith reports or participates in an investigation of a possible violation of our Code of Business Conduct or policies. Any retaliation by a Wesco employee, such as intimidation, is subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
How to use the Business Integrity Line
You may submit a report or question – online or by telephone – by clicking on the appropriate link above. Once you report a concern or ask a question, your report will be reviewed by Wescoʼs ethics and compliance office. You will receive a Report Key and a Password which you may use to check the status of your report, provide additional information, or respond to questions from the ethics and compliance team. Please take care to keep your Report Key and Password in a safe place, as youʼll need them to access your report after filing it.
Other Ways to Report
