We believe in the importance of open and honest communication. At Abeona, speaking up is not only encouraged, but expected. If you encounter situations where you feel policies or standards have been violated, we encourage you to escalate your concerns to your supervisor or a senior management team member.

In situations where you prefer to report concerns anonymously, we provide a confidential hotline through a third-party provider, EthicsPoint. You are encouraged to submit reports relating to violations of our Code of Conduct or seek guidance related to our policies and procedures. Abeona prohibits retaliation against Associates who raise concerns or who participate in the review of these matters.

Every report received through EthicsPoint will be treated with the utmost confidentiality, and you will be provided with a case number to track the progress of your report. While details of the resolution may remain confidential, rest assured that all matters are thoroughly investigated and addressed. If you choose to disclose your identity, you will be directly informed once the issue has been resolved.

To Make a Report

You may use either of the following two methods to submit a report:

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.

EthicsPoint is NOT a 911 or Emergency Service:
Do not use this site to report events presenting an immediate threat to life or property. Reports submitted through this service may not receive an immediate response. If you require emergency assistance, please contact your local authorities.
