In situations where you are not comfortable discussing a concern with your Manager or prefer to place an anonymous report in confidence, you are encouraged to use the Open Door Hotline, hosted by a third party hotline provider, EthicsPoint. EthicsPoint is available to US employees only.

The information you provide in your report will be sent to H&M by EthicsPoint and promptly reviewed by the H&M team. All reports will be handled with the utmost respect, dignity and confidence, in alignment with our values.
