Climate Action Network (CAN) is committed to providing a safe and respectful environment for all its employees and members. Every employee, member, contractor, volunteer and intern, is entitled to be treated with respect as an individual. Any unwelcome behavior, physical or verbal, or conduct that creates an intimidating, hostile or offensive work environment is prohibited. All bullying and harassment is prohibited wherever it takes place, including in the workplace, during events, conferences, social events, business trips and training sessions.
We want everyone associated with CAN to feel comfortable in approaching leadership in instances where there is a believe violations of policies or standards have occurred and any unwelcome behaviors. In situations where individuals prefer to place an anonymous report in confidence, they are encouraged to use this hotline, hosted by a third-party hotline provider, EthicsPoint.
