At Aurobindo, integrity is more than a value—it’s a shared responsibility. We are committed to fostering a culture of transparency, accountability, and ethical conduct. Open and honest communication is the expectation, not the exception, and we encourage you to speak up if something doesn’t feel right.
At Aurobindo, there is a company expectation for you to report known or suspected violations of our Code of Conduct. Therefore, there are multiple channels available for you to deliver these reports. Your first option is always to bring concerns forward to your direct manager, or members of our Legal or Human Resources departments when applicable.
In such situations where you prefer to place an anonymous report in confidence, you are encouraged to use the EthicsPoint hotline or server, hosted and administered by a third party provider, NAVEX. You are encouraged to submit any known or suspected violations of Aurobindo’s Code of Conduct, as well as further instances of illegal, unethical or unsafe conduct. The information you provide will be sent to us by EthicsPoint on an entirely confidential and anonymous basis if you should choose. You have our guarantee that your comments will be heard and addressed in a timely and constructive manner.
Please see Aurobindo’s EthicsPoint FAQs for more information.
You may use either of the following two methods to submit a report:
After you complete your report, you will be assigned a unique code called a “report key” and will be able to select a password. Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for its status and for potential further questions regarding your report.
