Our Commitment

TGS is an organization with strong values of responsibility and integrity and is committed to compliance with all applicable laws. Our Code of Conduct sets the ethical framework for TGS to conduct business in accordance with these laws.

TGS’ employees should feel safe raising issues and therefore, TGS is committed to an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. We want you to feel comfortable approaching your supervisor, management, or the Compliance department in instances where you believe violations of the law, our Code of Conduct, or other policies and standards have occurred.

In situations where you prefer to place an anonymous report relating to violations of the law or our Code of Conduct in confidence, you are encouraged to use this hotline, hosted by a third party hotline provider, EthicsPoint. The information you provide will be sent to us by EthicsPoint on a confidential and anonymous basis if you should choose. In an effort to respect the privacy rights of others, please only include personal information relating to individuals that is relevant to your complaint.

TGS investigates all potential violations of the law and Code of Conduct, and you have our guarantee that your comments will be heard.

To Make a Report

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
