Lupin is an organization with strong values of integrity, respect, care and responsibility. Our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics contains general guidelines for conducting business with the highest standards of ethics.
Lupin is committed to an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. This website allows you to send a communication to the Compliance and Ethics Office. You should feel comfortable in approaching your supervisor or management as well as the Compliance and Ethics Office in instances when you have questions or you believe violations of policies, standards or the law have occurred.
In situations where you prefer to communicate anonymously you may use this website or the phone numbers below. It is hosted by an independent third-party, EthicsPoint. You are encouraged to ask for guidance and provide positive suggestions and stories. All Lupin employees have an obligation to seek advice when needed, to raise concerns and to report suspected or known violations of the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, Lupin policies and procedures, as well as the laws and regulations that apply to our business. If you know or have a suspicion that something is not right, seek help or advice immediately.
The information you provide will be sent to the Compliance and Ethics Office by EthicsPoint. You have a choice to contact us anonymously. The Compliance and Ethics Office is committed to confidentiality and zero retaliation when reports are filed in good faith. All matters are handled safely, securely and with respect. You have our guarantee that your communications and/or reports will be heard.
