We at Morrison Foerster are committed to providing exemplary service to our clients. We maintain the highest standards of legal, ethical, and professional conduct and rely on our partners and employees to uphold these standards. We expect our partners and employees to act with integrity and professionalism at all times. We are also committed to doing right by our partners and employees, and ensuring they feel safe, respected, and heard.

We encourage anybody to report misconduct, irregularities or other noncompliance connected to us and our business practices and processes.

The MoFo Confidential Hotline is hosted and operated on secure systems run by EthicsPoint and provides our employees, contractors, partners, lawyers, clients, suppliers and other parties the opportunity to confidentially report issues without fear of retaliation.

You may choose to provide the information on an anonymous basis, and any information submitted will be handled in a confidential manner. We do encourage you to identify yourself as this will benefit our investigation and resolution of your concern. Once submitted, all concerns are forwarded to designated and trained individuals within Morrison Foerster who will investigate and follow up on your concern.

Once you have issued a report, you will be provided with a report key and password which will allow you to follow up on your report.

ZERO RETALIATION POLICY

We do not accept retaliation against anyone who raises valid complaints or concerns to us. If you feel that you, or anybody else involved, have been retaliated against for raising a valid concern, you should contact HotlineComplaints@mofo.com.

USING THE MOFO CONFIDENTIAL HOTLINE

There are two methods to report a concern using the MoFo Confidential Hotline:

  • Online, using the online form (click on the “Make a Report Online” button below to start your report), or
  • By phone, using the phone numbers listed below.

If you choose to report a concern by phone, an EthicsPoint Communications Specialist (not employed by MoFo) will speak with you. If you choose to report a concern online, you will be asked to describe your concern in an online form.

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Please note: your report key cannot be reset or recovered.

After 2-3 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
