At Keysight, we do business with uncompromising integrity, and our reputation for honesty, fair dealing and ethical behavior is a defining hallmark of our corporate culture. Keysight’s code of conduct, the Standards of Business Conduct (SBC), describes the ethical and legal obligations Keysight requires of all employees and business partners.
If you suspect a violation of the SBC, or simply have a legal, ethical, or compliance question, Keysight encourages you to speak up.
Instructions for making a report through Keysight’s Compliance Hotline are provided below. This EthicsPoint hotline is hosted by third-party NAVEX. Reports are confidential and may be made anonymously if you choose. NAVEX provides the reports only to designated members of Keysight’s Compliance, Internal Audit and Human Resources teams. If you report concerns about a specific Keysight employee, he or she will not receive a copy of your report.
Once Keysight receives your report, we will investigate it promptly, thoroughly and without bias. We will treat your report with sensitivity and disclose the information only to those who need the information in order to conduct an appropriate investigation and address the issues raised.
Please check periodically for any communications or requests for information we may send.
In addition to the Hotline, employees may take advantage of Keysight’s Open Door Policy to raise concerns to any level of management or to a member of Human Resources or Legal.
If you’re not an employee, you may contact your Keysight representative or Keysight’s compliance team at legal.compliance@keysight.com.
Keysight recognizes that reporting any misconduct can be stressful for an employee or partner of Keysight. Keysight prohibits retaliation against anyone who makes a good faith report about a known or suspected violation of the SBC and against anyone who assists in an investigation into such matters. We want you to feel as comfortable as possible in coming forward, secure in the knowledge that you are doing the right thing.
See the EthicsPoint FAQs for more information.
