Our Commitment
NetApp is an organization with strong values of trust and integrity. Our Code of Conduct outlines how we do business - with the highest standards of ethics.
NetApp is committed to an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. We want you to feel comfortable in approaching your supervisor or management in instances where you believe violations of law, policies or standards have occurred.
Ways to file a report
In situations where you are not comfortable reporting to your supervisor or management or where you prefer to place an anonymous report in confidence, you are encouraged to use this hotline, hosted by a third-party hotline provider, NAVEX. You are encouraged to submit reports relating to violations of our Code of Conduct or policies or the law. You may also use this hotline to seek guidance related to NetApp policies and procedures.
You have two options:
- You can call the toll-free number for your location and speak with a trained specialist who will assist you in completing a questionnaire in your language.
- Submit an online report by selecting your location under "Make a Report”.
The information you provide will be sent to NetApp by NAVEX. This can be done on a completely confidential and anonymous basis if you choose.
Please note that any personal information which you provide to NAVEX will be processed in accordance with NAVEX’s Privacy Policy. NetApp’s Privacy Policy governs the collection and use of personal information by NetApp and sets out our commitment to safeguard your data and protect your privacy.
NetApp has a zero-tolerance approach to retaliation against good faith reporters.
What happens once I file a report?
You will receive a unique “report key” and password which will enable you to check status, ask questions and follow up. Please check the status regularly in case of updates or questions.
Reports are reviewed and actioned by appropriately trained NetApp employees.
