Our Commitment
Bankers Trust Company is an organization with strong values of responsibility and integrity. Our Code of Conduct contains general guidelines for conducting business with the highest standards of ethics.
Bankers Trust is committed to an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. We want you to feel comfortable approaching your supervisor or bank management in instances where you believe policies or standards have been violated. You may also contact the Director of Internal Audit, Rachel McGrew, directly with any concerns at rmcgrew@bankerstrust.com.
In situations where you prefer to place an anonymous report, you are encouraged to use this hotline, hosted by EthicsPoint (a NAVEX product), a third-party hotline provider. You are encouraged to submit reports relating to violations stated in our Code of Conduct, violations to policies and procedures, and any other type of misconduct.
EthicsPoint will send us the information you provide on a confidential and anonymous basis if you select that option in your report. You have our guarantee that your comments will be heard. See the EthicsPoint FAQs for more information.
