CI&T aims to be an agent of transformation, unlocking businesses, technology and, above all, people's potential. For this to happen, it is essential that we have an ethical, fair, welcoming and safe environment for all our employees, third parties, shareholders and the community. To support us in this purpose, we have a guide that brings a well-defined set of values and ethical guidelines, our Code of Ethics and Conduct.

To report cases in which you believe that a violation of our Code of Ethics and Conduct may have occurred, we have an external and independent tool, which is the CI&T Reporting Channel, hosted by NAVEX. You can report situations that you have experienced or that you have seen occurring with third parties, and you can open a complaint from any computer, anywhere and have the option of making either an anonymous or identified complaint.

All communication made through the Channel is completely confidential, and it protects the identity of the person reporting.

You can make a complaint through the channels below:

  • Brazil: etica.ciandt.com or call 0800-892-0459;
  • United States: ethics.ciandt.com or call 1-833-602-2018;
  • Other locations: ethics.ciandt.com.

When reporting through the website, a password will be created so that you can follow the status of your complaint with CI&T's Ethics Squad. They are responsible for ensuring the complaint’s flow of investigation.

It is important to note that all complaints received are investigated if necessary, and forwarded to a pair of trained investigators, that is responsible for conducting the investigation. Subsequently, this investigation is directed to CI&T's Ethics Commission, whose main mission is to analyze it and ensure an appropriate outcome, including defining the disciplinary measures and/or other consequences, when applicable.

CI&T strictly prohibits any type of retaliation against whistleblowers (e.g. threats of dismissal, forced team changes, demoralizing treatments, etc.), these are considered a violation of the Code of Ethics and Conduct. Therefore, if you make a complaint and feel victimized, we encourage you to make a new complaint reporting this fact, so that we can follow up and resolve the issue.

If you have any questions regarding our Code of Ethics and Conduct or the Reporting Channel, please send an email to compliance@ciandt.com. You can also access the FAQs for more information.
