The Company is also committed to maintaining a culture where all employees feel empowered to report misconduct and to feel protected from retaliation when doing so.

This extends to the relatives, dependents or spouse of the employee and to others with a connection to the Company such as officers, directors, contractors, consultants, suppliers and service providers and their spouse, relatives and dependents.

Individuals as noted above with information in relation to misconduct (including unethical, illegal, corrupt or other inappropriate conduct) are encouraged to contact the Company’s Whistleblowing Protection Officer by making a report through the whistleblower telephone hotline or website.

The hotline and website are hosted by a third party hotline provider, EthicsPoint. The information you provide will be sent to us by EthicsPoint on a totally confidential and anonymous basis if you should choose. If you disclose personal information about yourself or others through the whistleblower telephone hotline or website it will be treated by the Company confidentially and processed in accordance with the Company’s global Privacy Policy and any specific privacy notice relevant to your location.

To Make a Report

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
