At onsemi, we have a strict non-retaliation policy (SOP1-29), intended to encourage and protect good faith reporters. This means any retaliatory behavior against those who report a concern or participate in an investigation is prohibited.

Reporting Misconduct

At onsemi,we believe it is important to create an environment where employees are not afraid to speak up about issues, and it is to everyone’s benefit for such concerns to be resolved in a professional and timely manner.

If you have any questions or concerns about suspected unethical or unlawful behavior, you have an obligation to report it promptly to a manager, supervisor, Business Ethics Liaison, the Chief Compliance Officer, or a member of the ethics and compliance group. You may also report your concerns to a member of the Law Department, Human Resources, or Corporate Internal Audit.
