At ON Semiconductor, we have a strict non-retaliation policy (SOP1-29), intended to encourage and protect good faith reporters. This means that any retaliatory behavior is prohibited against those who report a concern or participate in an investigation.

Reporting Misconduct

At ON Semiconductor,we believe that it is important to create an environment where employees are not afraid to speak up about issues, and that it is to everyone’s benefit for such concerns to be resolved in a professional and timely manner.

If you have any questions or concerns about suspected unethical or unlawful behavior, you have an obligation to report it promptly to a manager, supervisor, Ethics Liaison or the Vice President of Ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility. You may also report your concerns to a member of the Law Department, Human Resources, or Corporate Internal Audit.
