ATTENTION! This webpage is hosted on EthicsPoint's secure servers and is not part of Union Pacific’s internal company website or intranet.
Union Pacific is committed to being a workplace where employees treat each other with professionalism, decency, and respect at all times. We want you to feel comfortable approaching your supervisor or management in instances where you believe a violation of rules or The How Matters has occurred. You should report any suspected ethical concerns or suspected violations of government regulations or Company policy. Also, it is mandatory to report a suspected EEO violation.
You can file a report to Union Pacific’s Values Line using this confidential EthicsPoint system. When filing, you have the ability to identify yourself as the reporter or file anonymously. All reports are taken seriously and can be filed in confidence without fear of retaliation.
EthicsPoint is NOT a 911 or Emergency Service.
Do not use this site to report events presenting an immediate threat to life or property, as reports submitted through this service may not receive an immediate response. Please close the online portal and call RMCC at (888) 877-7267 or, in the event of an emergency, contact your local authorities immediately and then, when time and circumstances permit, call RMCC.
After you complete your report, you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 7 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
