Our Commitment
The Genetics Society of America (GSA) Conferences and Online Events Code of Conduct was established to communicate a transparent set of standards and guidelines for acceptable behavior at all GSA Conferences and online events and to provide a positive, safe, and welcoming environment for all attendees, vendors, volunteers, and staff.
Similarly, the GSA Early Career Leadership Program (ECLP) Code of Conduct was established to communicate a transparent set of standards and guidelines for acceptable behavior for the participants in GSA’s Early Career Leadership Program and to provide a positive, safe, and welcoming environment for all those who participate in the ECLP.
We encourage you to use this system, which is hosted by a third-party provider, EthicsPoint, to submit reports relating to Code of Conduct violations, ask for guidance related to policies and procedures, and provide positive suggestions and stories.
The information you provide will be sent to us by EthicsPoint on a confidential and anonymous basis if you should choose. You have our guarantee that your comments will be heard.

To Make a Report
You may use either of the following two methods to submit a report:

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
