About the Guidehouse Ethics Hotline
The Guidehouse Ethics Hotline is a confidential, 24-hours-a-day, 365 days-a-year service you can access from any location. The Hotline is administered by a third party hotline provider, NAVEX, which provides confidential and, when requested, anonymous hotline reporting solutions for organizations worldwide. NAVEX collects information from the reporter (for reports made by phone) and passes the report to Guidehouse for follow-up and investigation. Reports made online are received directly by Guidehouse Ethics and Compliance staff.
Confidentiality & Anonymity
If you request to remain anonymous when making a report, we will respect your request. However, you should be aware that others who are familiar with the situation may be able to guess your identity. We treat your report confidentially, however disclosure to others inside or outside of Guidehouse may be required in certain cases, for example, a legal requirement to disclose a report concerning money laundering. Please note in some locations anonymity is not available because of local laws/regulation.
No Retaliation
Guidehouse encourages people to report concerns in good faith and is committed to protecting people who raise such concerns from retaliation. Retaliation is a serious violation of our Code of Conduct and any retaliation by a Guidehouse employee, such as intimidation, is subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
