About the Guidehouse Ethics Hotline
The Guidehouse Ethics Hotline is a confidential, 24-hours-a-day, 365 days-a-year service you can access from any location. The Hotline is administered by a third-party hotline provider, Navex Global, which provides confidential and, when requested, anonymous hotline reporting solutions for organizations worldwide. Navex Global collects information from the reporter (for reports made by phone) and passes the report to Guidehouse for follow-up and investigation. Reports made online are received directly by trained Guidehouse personnel on the Ethics and Compliance team. Depending on the nature of your report, the report may be assigned to a member of the Ethics & Compliance team for investigation, or may be transferred to another group to investigate, such as Employee Relations or Information Security.
Confidentiality & Anonymity
Our Ethics Hotline allows for anonymous reporting, if preferred, provided anonymous reporting is permitted in your jurisdiction. If you do choose to remain anonymous, please make a note of your report information that is provided at the time of submission and check back for updates or follow up questions. The chat feature within the hotline allows the investigators to correspond with you while preserving anonymity, and allows you to check on the status of your report or provide additional information.
Regardless of whether you choose to remain anonymous or provide your contact information to help facilitate our investigation, your report will be handled confidentially to the greatest extent possible. and if permitted based on your location.
No Retaliation
Guidehouse encourages people to report concerns and is committed to protecting people who raise such concerns from retaliation. Retaliation is a serious violation of our Code of Conduct and our Reporting Concerns Policy, and any retaliation by a Guidehouse employee, such as intimidation, is subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment. Please review our global Reporting Concerns Policy and any country specific Reporting Concerns Policy in our Policy Library.
Other Reporting Channels
The Ethics Hotline is just one option available to you. You can also report concerns to anyone in your supervisory chain, directly to any Ethics & Compliance team member, or to our Ethics mailbox at ethics@guidehouse.com.
