Our Commitment

Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Inc., USA (GPI) is an organization with strong values of responsibility and integrity. Our U.S. Code of Conduct contains general guidelines for conducting business with the highest standards of ethics.

GPI is committed to an environment where open and honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. We want you to feel comfortable in approaching management or your supervisor in instances where you have a concern regarding an actual or suspected incident of misconduct or a violation of GPI’s policies or procedures, U.S. Code of Conduct, regulations or the law. We also want to know if you have a general question or concern.

In situations where you prefer to place an anonymous, confidential report (to the maximum extent permitted by local law when calling from outside of the U.S.), you are encouraged to use GPI’s Ethics and Compliance Hotline (Hotline), which is hosted by an independent third-party.

The information you provide will be sent promptly to the appropriate internal GPI employee who will evaluate and investigate your concern. Investigations will be handled confidentially and in compliance with GPI’s Privacy Policy. As few people as possible will be informed of the report and only on a need to know basis, which will be balanced against GPI’s need to conduct an appropriate and thorough investigation of the claims (e.g., for business needs, investigations, or resolution of the matter).

Non-Retaliation Policy: GPI does not tolerate any form of retaliation against individuals who in good faith ask for advice or report any questionable behavior or violations.

Privacy: The personal information collected through this website is used only for the purpose of receiving and investigating reports of misconduct or potential misconduct by GPI employees, consultants and GPI’s agents. Local (outside of the U.S.) privacy requirements may restrict the use of this reporting tool. By choosing to report a concern, you agree to the use of your personal information for the purpose of GPI receiving and investigating reports of such misconduct. The information received will be treated in accordance with applicable law and GPI’s policies/procedures. If you have questions regarding your personal data or if you wish to exercise your data privacy rights, please contact the Legal Department for assistance.
