To Make a Report
After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.

PACCAR is an organization with strong principles of responsibility and integrity. Our Code of Conduct contains general guidelines for conducting business with the highest standards of ethics.
All PACCAR employees are responsible for notifying the Company of wrongdoing. Any person who is aware of a violation, or even suspects any violation by PACCAR of the law or regulation, our Code of Conduct or other PACCAR policies is requested to report it. You may use any of the provided PACCAR resources to ask questions or to report possible violations. The important step is for you to speak up if you are aware of a violation or suspect a violation has occurred.
In situations where you prefer to place an anonymous report, you are encouraged to use this ethics line, hosted by a third party hotline provider, EthicsPoint. In compliance with EU regulations, EU stakeholders can also use this ethics line. Concerns with products or services should be routed via your sales contact, e.g. Dealers. This ethics line is for submitting reports relating to violations of laws and regulations or our Code of Conduct only. PACCAR is committed to protecting the rights of those individuals who report issues in good faith. PACCAR will not tolerate retaliation against a person or company who either reports a violation or suspected violation in good faith or cooperates in an investigation.
The information you provide will be sent to us by EthicsPoint on an anonymous basis if you should choose. You have our guarantee that your comments will be heard.
