Welcome

Thank you for taking the time and effort to report your concerns. Your report helps the Metropolitan Council provide a work environment where employees are respectful to everyone; conduct is free from unethical, offensive or violent behavior; and employees feel they can report workplace concerns without fear of retaliation or reprisal.

The Council provides many options to report complaints or misconduct including direct reports to your manager, staff in Human Resources, Program Evaluation and Audit, and the Office of Equity and Equal Opportunity. The Council contracts with Navex to provide EthicsPoint Incident Management, an alternative reporting solution in situations where you prefer to report through a third-party hotline or using an online form—including situations where you prefer to provide an anonymous report in confidence. After a report is filed, appropriate Metropolitan Council staff will promptly review it.

You can check out the EthicsPoint FAQs to find out more about the process, including:

The Metropolitan Council is asking you to provide information that will be used to determine if any policies, procedures, statutes, or regulations related to the Metropolitan Council have been violated. The data you provide will be used by those within the Metropolitan Council whose job assignments reasonably require access to the data.
