Through Speak Up WGU™, we are providing a means for employees, students, or other parties to confidentially report activities that may lack integrity, or appear to be unethical, or may violate WGU policy.

WGU welcomes good faith reports of suspect activities as well as requests for guidance on how to address such activities. Based on the information provided, we will evaluate each report in a timely manner and to the best of our ability.

Please note that Speak Up WGU™ replaces the reporting responsibilities specified in the WGU Student Handbook with respect to Title IX issues. It enhances the reporting steps in the WGU Employee Handbook when an employee may be uncomfortable discussing a concern with management. Students and employees are encouraged to report and discuss concerns through established channels whenever possible.

Through Speak Up WGU™, employees may also provide information about their exposure to environmental and health challenges such as natural disasters or the COVID-19 pandemic. Information employees provide will be treated confidentially and will be used to help us understand and address accordingly.
