Ethics and Conduct Reporting
At Papa, we are committed to upholding the highest ethical standards and complying with all applicable laws, regulations, our Code of Conduct, and company policies. Maintaining an open and transparent environment is a key part of our culture.
We encourage team members to speak up if they have concerns. Papa strictly prohibits retaliation against anyone for raising, in good faith, a legal or ethical concern or for cooperating with an investigation.
Team members can start by talking to their manager, a member of the People & Culture team, or the Legal and Compliance Department. Alternatively, concerns may be submitted through the Ethics and Conduct Reporting Hotline, which provides a secure and confidential method for both Papa colleagues and external stakeholders to report misconduct or other concerns.
For those who wish to report a concern anonymously, you may do so through the Hotline by following the instructions provided. This phone and web reporting resource is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Papa partners with an independent third-party provider, EthicsPoint, to manage and protect your report, ensuring your information remains secure and confidential.
See the EthicsPoint FAQs for more information.
