Pact Group Holdings Ltd and its wholly owned subsidiaries (Pact Group or We) are committed to:
- observing the highest standards of fair dealing, honesty, integrity and ethical behaviour in its business activities;
- making sure that no person is disadvantaged or discriminated against for reporting unacceptable behaviour; and
- maintaining a culture of compliance by actively promoting and encouraging ethical behaviour and protection for those who report violations.
The Whistleblower Policy has been established by the Pact Group Board and applies to all employees (whether permanent, fixed term, casual or temporary), directors (executive and non-executive), officers, authorised representatives, contractors, consultants and agents of Pact Group. It provides a channel to report any concerns about unlawful or unethical conduct in confidence without fear of reprisal.
We want you to feel comfortable in approaching your manager, People & Culture, the General Manager – Assurance, or the General Counsel in instances where you believe violations of the Code of Conduct or any law have occurred. Note: if you are in Australia or working for an Australian entity, any report should be made to the people listed in paragraph 3.1 and 3.5 of Section 2 of the Whistleblower Policy.
In situations where you prefer to place an anonymous report in confidence, you are encouraged to use this confidential hotline, hosted by a third party hotline provider, EthicsPoint. EthicsPoint is a resource for you to call with concerns, allegations, or even questions about improper, illegal, or unethical conduct. You can give your name, or remain anonymous if you wish, and all concerns will be followed up promptly.
The information you provide will be sent to us by EthicsPoint on a totally confidential and, if you choose, anonymous basis.

To Make a Report
You may use either of the following two methods to submit a report:

Report By Phone
After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
