Our Commitment

IATF stakeholders may provide input regarding perceived violations of the IATF’s Rules for Achieving and Maintaining IATF Recognition (5th Edition) or the IATF’s Automotive Quality Management Systems standard (IATF 16949) using the EthicsPoint reporting process.

These potential concerns could be about IATF-contracted Certification Bodies, IATF 3rd party auditors, IATF 16949 certified organizations, or IATF Global Oversight Offices.

Please consider that this area is not to be used to manage other topics like a supplier’s poor performance or any issues outside ethics and compliance matters.

Since the ethics and compliance concerns reporting process is hosted by a third-party provider, EthicsPoint, you may submit information confidentially and anonymously.

Additionally, for any ethics or compliance concerns submitted, objective evidence is required in order to proceed with a proper investigation. So please submit any evidence of the violation of ethics and compliance concerns to support your concern.

See the EthicsPoint FAQs for more information.
