World Resources Institute is an organization with strong values of responsibility and integrity. Our policies contains guidelines for conducting our work with the highest standards of ethics and maintaining an equitable and inclusive environment.
WRI is committed to an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. We want you to feel comfortable in approaching your manager or management in instances where you believe violations of policies or standards have occurred.
WRI Ethics Hotline
You are encouraged to submit reports relating to violations of the Safe, Equitable and Inclusive Workplace Policy, Code of Conduct or other WRI policies. You may also submit a request for guidance related to policies and procedures.
Types of issues you can report include:
- Bullying, Harassment or Discrimination
- Other inappropriate behavior
- Conflicts of interest
- Theft/fraud/bribery
- Falsification of documents or records
- Other Code of Conduct violations
- Other policy violations
The information you provide will be sent to us by EthicsPoint on a confidential and anonymous basis if you should choose.
You will not be subject to retaliation for any report of a suspected violation that is made in good faith, even if it later turns out to be factually incorrect. Please be aware, however, that knowingly providing false or misleading information will not be tolerated.

To Make a Report
After you complete your report, you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
