Employees should feel comfortable approaching their supervisors or management in instances where they believe violations of policies or standards have occurred. People from outside the company—including customers, suppliers, and investors—also have the same opportunity to report suspected violations.

In situations where individuals prefer to place an anonymous report in confidence, Myers Industries offers this hotline, hosted by a third-party provider, EthicsPoint. Individuals are encouraged to submit reports relating to violations stated in the Code, ask for guidance related to policies and procedures, or provide positive suggestions and stories.

Information provided through the hotline is sent to Myers Industries by EthicsPoint on a confidential and anonymous basis, if the reporter so chooses. Myers Industries guarantees that all comments will be heard
