The Company expects our directors, officers and employees to perform to the highest standards of ethical conduct consistent with legal and regulatory requirements. Consistent with its Code of Conduct, the Company is further committed to implementing and enforcing systems that ensure the prevention of bribery. These systems are set forth in the Company’s Global Anti-Corruption Policy. The Company has zero tolerance for bribery and corrupt activities. The Company recognizes that bribery and corruption may expose it, its directors and employees to civil and criminal charges that can result in large fines, dismissal, imprisonment, and suspension or debarment from government contract processes. If any director, officer or employee has reason to believe that a violation of The Code of Conduct or the Global Anti-Corruption Policy has occurred (or will occur), it is their duty to report it immediately. Violations may be reported to the Compliance Officer or the Legal Department.
