AECOM is the world’s trusted infrastructure consulting firm, driven by a common purpose to deliver a better world. We operate ethically and with integrity in all that we do. Our Code of Conduct contains general guidelines for conducting business with the highest standards of ethics.
AECOM is committed to an environment where open, honest communications are valued. We want you to feel comfortable in approaching your supervisor or management in instances where you sincerely believe violations of policies or standards have occurred. AECOM does not tolerate acts of retaliation against anyone who makes a good faith report of a possible violation, or who participates in an investigation of possible wrongdoing.
In situations where you prefer to place an anonymous report, you are encouraged to use this hotline on EthicsPoint, which is hosted by a third-party hotline provider, NAVEX. You are encouraged to submit reports relating to violations stated in our Code of Conduct, as well as asking for guidance related to policies and procedures.
The information you provide will be sent to us by NAVEX on a confidential and anonymous basis, if you should choose. All reports are thoroughly reviewed and brought to closure.
Our Ethics & Compliance, HR, Legal, or other departments may respond to your report or to assign the report to an investigation team, if an investigation is warranted. Any investigation will be confidential to the extent possible. Depending on the scope of the investigation, you may receive updates concerning the timing of the investigation and, in any event, you will be notified when the investigation is completed. Appropriate remedial and disciplinary measures ranging from warnings, training and termination will be taken by local management if appropriate.
