It is MDU Resources' vision to: With integrity, create superior shareholder value by expanding upon our expertise to be the supplier of choice in all of our markets while being a safe and great place to work.

As evidenced by the first two words of its vision statement, MDU Resources is committed to conducting business with integrity, which includes maintaining high standards of corporate governance and compliance with applicable laws.

The company's Leading With Integrity Program makes employees aware of laws that apply to their organization and encourages them to report any questionable practices or violations of law to their supervisor or to their company compliance officer. Its Integrity Code provides additional guidance to its employees.

EthicsPoint provides MDU Resources' employees, vendors, customers and other stakeholders a way to make confidential and anonymous reports regarding accounting, legal, ethical, human resources, safety and cybersecurity issues.

It is important to point out that the EthicsPoint website does not replace the other methods traditionally used to communicate questions or issues. Employees always are encouraged to discuss questions and issues with their immediate supervisor. However, if employees are uncomfortable discussing the matter with their supervisor, they may use EthicsPoint to confidentially report a question or concern. Rest assured, all questions or concerns will be appropriately investigated and resolved.
