Welcome. Thank you for taking the time to come forward to voice your concern. Corewell Health has provided this website, in partnership with NAVEX, an independent third-party vendor. Through its EthicsPoint portal, NAVEX has created a reporting tool that allows you to use your voice to report a concern - anonymously, if that's preferred, as a way of empowering team members, in support of living out our values of: compassion, collaboration, curiosity and courage. This connection to our Help Line offers a secure way to speak up about unethical behavior, policy violations and other concerns you may have, and gives you the option to do so confidentially. Although you may choose to not include your name, in certain circumstances it can be helpful when looking into the matter you’re reporting. Confidentiality is always maintained. Only those who “need to know” will be involved in reviewing your concern. Under no circumstances is retaliation tolerated when a team member reports a concern in good faith. Using your voice to report a concern is the first step in helping Corewell Health make positive, impactful change. We encourage you to use your voice – share your concern and help us grow. To Make a Report

You may use either of the following two methods to submit a report:

After you complete your report, you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
