LIPA values ethical decision-making and integrity.

LIPA’s Code of Conduct applies to our employees and members of our Board of Trustees. Operating in accordance with our Code builds trust with our employees, customers, the Long Island and Rockaways community, and investors.

Employees and members of the public can use EthicsPoint to report possible violations of our Code of Conduct or fraud against LIPA and its customers. Employees and those whom we serve may raise concerns without fear of retaliation or adverse action.

Reports will be assigned to appropriate personnel within LIPA’s Office of the General Counsel to ensure consistency in the review process and appropriate corrective actions.

To Make a Report

You may use either of the following two methods to submit a report via EthicsPoint

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
