FIVE PILLARS OF OUR SpeakOpen PROGRAM

SpeakOpen Program

SpeakOpen Program is the Re Sustainability Integrity reporting mechanism. It is a confidential instrument via the telephone or internet to raise misconducts or concerns as mentioned in our business code of conduct and ethics, key policies or law.

Open Culture

We at Re Sustainability, encourage employees to vocalize their concerns, suggestions and ideas, as the policy itself give them the avenue to do so. It lets employees feel that it is possible to be open with their employer about different issues they encounter in a face-to-face basis and not through email or voicemail.

BE VIGILANT

We at Re Sustainability, want our employees to be our eyes and ears to report us any misconduct, illegal activities, acts which are dangerous for environment. We always encourage our employees to make our working environment better.

Reporting Concerns

You may choose to remain anonymous, where permitted by law. If you do give your name, we will do all we can to protect your identity consistent with conducting a thorough investigation. We take every report seriously and our Ethics & Compliance team (or a delegate for locally-managed or other matters) will investigate it thoroughly and as confidentially as possible.

NO RETALIATION

It prohibits any form of retaliation against whistleblowers and provides a non-exhaustive list of examples of different forms of retaliation ranging from dismissal, layoff or demotion to damage to the person’s reputation in social media or industry.

The information you provide will be sent to us by EthicsPoint on a totally confidential and anonymous basis if you should choose. You have our guarantee that your comments will be heard.

See the EthicsPoint FAQs for more information.
