The Association for Information Systems (AIS) is committed to leading and promoting excellence in information systems education and scholarship and strives to cultivate a community by providing services and products to meet the diverse needs of members and related communities. As an educational association, we need to adhere to the values of equality, tolerance, respect for others, and justice in all that we do.
We want you to feel comfortable approaching the association in instances where you believe violations of these policies have occurred. AIS provides this online incident reporting system, managed by NAVEX’s EthicsPoint system, to enhance reporting efficiency and empower you to promote safety, security, and professionalism within the field.
You are encouraged to submit reports relating to violations stated in the AIS Member Code of Conduct and the AIS Research Code of Conduct. In situations where you may prefer to place an anonymous report and you may do so in confidence using this site which is hosted by EthicsPoint as a third-party provider.
IMPORTANT NOTE: This reporting system does not replace reporting requirements that your university may require. For example: Most US-based universities, have Federal Title IX reporting requirements. This reporting system does not replace nor substitute US Federal Title IX reporting requirements, nor any other reporting requirements that may be required by your University.
The information you provide will be sent to us by EthicsPoint on a confidential basis and anonymously (if you should choose). You have our guarantee that your comments will be heard.

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
