Open and honest communication is an important element of our culture at Elastic and you should always feel comfortable in approaching your manager, HR or Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer in instances where you believe violations of our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, policies or procedures have occurred.

In situations where you prefer to place an anonymous report in confidence, you are encouraged to use this Ethics and Compliance Hotline, hosted by a third-party hotline provider, EthicsPoint. You can also use this Hotline for asking questions related to the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and our policies and procedures, and sharing positive suggestions and stories illustrating Elastic’s commitment to always doing the right thing.

The information you provide will be sent to us by EthicsPoint on a totally confidential and anonymous basis if you so choose. And you have our promise that your comments will be very carefully considered and that we will never retaliate against anyone who reports ethical or compliance issues in good faith.

To Make a Report

When you make a call to Elastic’s Ethics and Compliance Hotline, your personal data will be captured and used to investigate issues raised in your report. By proceeding with this call, you are granting us consent to process your data as described here.

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After about a week, please come back and use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
