Our Commitment

Hexcel expects all employees to work and conduct themselves based on our four Values: Accountability, Innovation, Responsibility, and One Hexcel. These Values guide our actions, reflect our culture and drive Hexcel’s performance as a world-leader in advanced composites. The Hexcel Code of Business Conduct serves as the guide for ethical behavior for every person who works on behalf of Hexcel world-wide, including all of our employees, directors, contractors, interns, apprentices, consultants, agents and other intermediaries of Hexcel.

It is a right and obligation of every Hexcel employee and when applicable also a right of some third parties with whom Hexcel engages, to speak up or raise questions when they identify an issue or concern that may be unsafe, unethical or violates law or regulation. Hexcel is committed to an environment where open and honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. We want you to feel comfortable in approaching your supervisor or management in cases where you believe unsafe, unethical or illegal activities have occurred. You are also encouraged to use this Hexcel Safe Talk Helpline to submit reports relating to violations of our Code of Business Conduct, as well as to ask for guidance related to Hexcel policies and procedures. Hexcel will not tolerate retaliation against anyone who in good faith raises a concern or asks a question regarding potential violations of our Code of Business Conduct, the Hexcel Values or applicable law.

In situations where you prefer to raise your concerns or questions through other than management channels, or if you prefer to make an anonymous report in confidence, you are strongly encouraged to use the Hexcel Safe Talk Helpline. The Hexcel Safe Talk Helpline is managed and hosted by a third party provider, EthicsPoint, not Hexcel. The information you provide will be sent to us by EthicsPoint on a totally confidential and anonymous basis if you should choose. You have our guarantee that all concerns or questions will be closely reviewed and actions taken if necessary.
