Sangamo Therapeutics, Inc. is an organization with strong values of responsibility and integrity. Our Code of Conduct contains general guidelines for conducting Sangamo business consistent with these high standards of business ethics and all applicable laws

Sangamo is committed to an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. We want you to feel comfortable in approaching your manager or supervisor in instances where you believe potential violations of our Code, company policies or applicable laws have occurred, or if you have questions.

We encourage you to report potential violations or ask questions to your manager or supervisor, or to Sangamo Human Resources or Legal personnel. You may also use this Sangamo Compliance & Ethics Hotline for this purpose. The Sangamo Compliance & Ethics Hotline is hosted by a third party hotline provider, EthicsPoint. The Sangamo Compliance & Ethics Hotline permits you to place an anonymous report in confidence if you choose, although providing your identity may assist Sangamo in investigating your concern.

Sangamo workers can be assured that any matter submitted to the Sangamo Compliance & Ethics Hotline will be treated confidentially to the extent possible. Sangamo will not make any effort to identify any person who requests to remain anonymous. EthicsPoint summarizes all reports received and forwards them promptly to appropriate Sangamo contacts in Sangamo Legal, Human Resources, the Chair of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of the Board or, if the report relates to an accounting, internal control or auditing matter, or IT or cybersecurity matter, to the Chair of the Audit Committee of the Board.

To Make a Report

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
