Our Commitment

Open Door Community Health Centers (ODCHC) is an organization with strong values and corporate integrity. Our Employee Handbook, Corporate Compliance Plan, and Policies contain basic principles of employee relations and best practices in healthcare, which guide our relationship with, and responsibilities to the patients and the communities we serve.

ODCHC is committed to an environment where open and honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. As an employee or a patient of Open Door, we want you to feel comfortable in approaching a supervisor or management with the concerns you may have about our conduct or our adherence with regulations, best practices, and our policies and procedures.

Our goal is to encourage good-faith reporting of all incidents to our site administrators or supervisors, with an assurance of our commitment to non-retaliation and non-retribution. However, whenever there is a need for you to report an incident in confidence, you may directly do so through EthicsPoint or its accompanying hotline (844-973-2721), hosted by a third party hotline provider, NAVEX.

Please know that you and all Open Door employees have a duty to submit reports whenever unusual events or conducts occur in our clinics or offices. Your report will help support our performance improvement, employee engagement, and patient satisfaction initiatives.

Please see the EthicsPoint FAQs for more information.
