Our Code of Conduct sets out the key policies and procedures that govern the conduct of Xtant employees as we live our mission to honor the gift of donation, by allowing our patients to live as full, and complete a life as possible.

Xtant Medical is committed to an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. Employees make choices every day that contribute to the character of the Company. By making ethical decisions, we deal fairly with our customers, our suppliers, our shareholders, and with each other.

We want you to feel comfortable in reporting instances of suspected misconduct or violations of policies or standards. In situations where you prefer to place an anonymous report in confidence, you are encouraged to use this hotline, hosted by a third-party hotline provider, EthicsPoint.

Submission by employees of concerns regarding questionable accounting or auditing matters may be submitted directly to the Chair of the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors by emailing whistleblower@xtantmedical.com. All submissions will be handled confidentially, and employees may submit concerns anonymously.

Please note each country has some type of data privacy laws and regulations. By submitting a report through Xtant Medical’s Whistleblower Hotline, you are agreeing to these requirements. If you do not wish to accept these requirements, we are unable to accept information through this system and would ask that you please report this matter directly to Management, Human Resources, or the Chief Compliance Officer.
