Code of Conduct
REPORTING VIOLATIONS OF THE CODE OF CONDUCT, THE LAW OR COMPANY POLICIES

YRC Worldwide, Inc. expects its employees to promptly report any behavior that potentially violates the Code of Conduct, any local, state or federal law or our company policies. While employees of YRC Worldwide Inc. are expected to help their companies achieve market leadership and business success, business practices in violation of the Code of Conduct or the law, by any employee, will not be tolerated.

To report suspected violations of the Code of Conduct, the law or our company policies, please utilize any of the following methods:

  1. Contact your supervisor or your local Human Resources Representative;
  2. Contact your company's compliance officer, listed on the Code of Conduct;
  3. Lodge your complaint through the Ethicspoint system using the instructions to the right.

Ethicspoint is NOT the appropriate means to address job performance issues, personality conflicts or general facility operations unless the conduct involved is potentially unethical or illegal. Complaints of this nature should be reported directly to your supervisor or your local Human Resources Representative.

Reporting individuals may remain anonymous.
Reports submitted via EthicsPoint are kept confidential and the only disclosures that will occur are those necessary to conduct a thorough investigation.
No employee will be subject to retaliation or reprisal for reporting or threatening to report a complaint or concern in good faith.
