REPORTING VIOLATIONS OF THE CODE OF BUSINESS CONDUCT, THE LAW OR COMPANY POLICIES

YRC Worldwide Inc. and its subsidiaries (the “Company”) expects its employees to promptly report any behavior that potentially violates the Code of Business Conduct (the “Code”); any local, state or federal law; or Company policies. While employees of the Company are expected to help the Company achieve market leadership and business success, business practices in violation of the Code or the law, by any employee, will not be tolerated.

To report suspected violations of the Code, the law, or Company policies, please utilize any of the following methods:

  1. Contact your supervisor or your local Human Resources representative;
  2. Contact the Company compliance officer, listed in the Code;
  3. Lodge your complaint through the EthicsPoint system using the instructions to the right.

EthicsPoint is NOT the appropriate means to address job performance issues, personality conflicts or general facility operations unless the conduct involved is potentially unethical or illegal. Complaints of this nature should be reported directly to your supervisor or your local Human Resources representative.
