Anonymous Reporting Line
This is not a 911 or Emergency Service. Reports submitted through this service may not receive an immediate response. If you require emergency assistance, please call 911.
ATTENTION! This web page is hosted on EthicsPoint's secure servers and is not part of The Ohio State University's web site or intranet.

The anonymous reporting line does not replace or supersede existing reporting methods on campus. The anonymous reporting line provides an alternative for individuals who do not feel comfortable with existing reporting methods.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The Civil Rights Compliance Office (CRCO) will review every report received to identify whether the conduct reported meets the definitions in CRCO’s policies. Reports alleging inappropriate, unprofessional, or prohibited conduct that do not involve a potential violation of CRCO policy may be referred to campus partners such as Human Resources, Student Conduct, Office of University Compliance and Integrity, etc. It is important to include as much detail as possible to ensure your concerns are appropriately reviewed.

This is an incident report not a complaint form. This incident report may not, on its own, automatically initiate an CRCO investigation. An CRCO investigation will only begin after a complaint form is submitted, either by the complainant or by an CRCO director.

A Civil Rights Intake Coordinator may reach out with resources and options, by phone, email, or both. If a report is filed anonymously, a Civil Rights Intake Coordinator may reach out using the Follow-ups feature in EthicsPoint.

CRCO strives to uphold your privacy. It is important to note that to comply with federal, state, and local laws, as well as Ohio State policies, some information may be required to be shared with appropriate staff members, law enforcement, or other agencies.
