Resolution Life is committed to an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. We want you to feel comfortable in approaching your leader or management in instances where you believe violations of policies or standards have occurred.
In situations where you prefer to place an anonymous report in confidence, you are encouraged to use EthicsPoint, a comprehensive and confidential reporting tool created by NAVEX. You are encouraged to submit reports relating to violations stated in our Code of Conduct, as well as asking for guidance related to policies and procedure and providing positive suggestions or critical observations.
The information you provide via EthicsPoint will be treated by Resolution Life as confidential, although we may need to disclose it as part of our review and investigation, including to external parties. However, you are not required to provide any personal information and may report through EthicsPoint anonymously if you choose. If you do submit personal information to Resolution Life and you are an employee, the collection of that personal information will be subject to the applicable Resolution Life privacy policy. If you are not an employee and you submit personal information to Resolution Life, the collection and use of that personal information will be subject to the privacy policy on resolutionlife.com.

To Make a Report
After you complete your report, you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
